Acquisition reflects Daxko’s deepening commitment to Boys & Girls Clubs, bringing expanded resources, dedicated engineering, and stronger support to the Club community 

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Sept 2, 2025Daxko, the leading technology partner for mission-driven clubs, today announced the acquisition of Vision, a long-standing software provider serving Boys & Girls Clubs. With this move, Daxko has become a leading technology provider serving Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide, now supporting almost 30% of all clubs across the country. The acquisition represents a significant investment in expanding the tools, services, and support available to organizations across the country.

In the months ahead, Daxko will work closely with Boys & Girls Club leaders to shape the next generation of solutions tailored to the needs of club communities. Daxko will: 

  • Invest in dedicated engineering resources focused exclusively on Boys & Girls Clubs.
  • Establish a Customer Advisory Board to ensure Club leaders directly shape the Daxko roadmap.
  • Provide Vision customers continuity with the team and technology they know and trust, now backed by Daxko’s expanded resources.
  • Offer Boys & Girls Clubs everywhere access to Daxko’s broader suite of solutions, including member management, payments, and digital marketing services.

Ultimately, we want to provide our staff with tools that let them spend more time with kids, which is where we need them most. Daxko understands that technology should make our work easier, not harder, and we’re excited to see their focus on this community grow.
