Meet our leadership team

Jeff VanDixhorn
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff VanDixhorn is the CEO of Daxko. Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in health and wellness, excelling as both a club operator and fitness software CEO. Jeff’s journey began in 1995 when he acquired his first club, eventually expanding to include multi-purpose, fitness, and racquet sports facilities across the Midwest. In 2007, he co-founded Club Automation and served as CEO, guiding the company’s successful growth into one of the leading software platforms in the health and fitness industry. Club Automation merged with the Daxko family of brands in 2018. Jeff then assumed the role of Daxko’s chief revenue officer before transitioning to the Daxko board of directors in 2022. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Wheaton College.
Winston Gillum
Chief Financial Officer
As Daxko’s CFO, Winston Gillum is responsible for financial and administrative operations. His background includes 16 years at Harbert Management Corporation’s Private Equity Group and earlier roles at Ernst & Young and McKinsey & Company. He is an alumnus of the University of Alabama and Harvard University.
Wendy White
Chief Marketing Officer
Wendy White, the CMO of Daxko, brings over two decades of B2B technology marketing experience. Her responsibilities include driving the company’s market presence and expansion. Wendy’s career includes leadership roles at TigerConnect, Egencia, Microsoft, and Intel. She is also a U.S. Army veteran with an MBA from the University of California at Davis and a BA from UC Berkeley.
Wes Gillette
Chief Product Officer
Wes Gillette, with over 17 years of experience, serves as Daxko’s Chief Product Officer. His background includes key roles at insightsoftware, LexisNexis, Safran Software Solutions, PROS, Waste Management, Inc., and Oracle. Wes is a Georgetown University graduate.
Bjørn Bjerkøe
Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO of Daxko, Bjørn Bjerkøe focuses on customer-centric software solutions and innovations. His 17-year career includes leadership roles at Lifetime Inc., Dealer Socket, and Alpha Bay. Bjørn studied Finance and Economics at the University of Utah.
Matt Popinski
Chief Customer & Payments Officer
Matt Popinski has been vital to Daxko since 2007, overseeing electronic payments initiatives. His background includes roles at AT&T and Johnson & Johnson. Matt holds a degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Concetta Lewis
Vice President of Talent
Concetta Lewis, as Vice President of Talent, leads Daxko’s culture and team member initiatives. She focuses on DEI and has served as president of the Birmingham Society for Human Resources Management. Concetta holds a degree from Stillman College.
