The DAXKO OnDemand software suite is specifically designed for member-centric non-profits. Our software is used by nearly one-third of the nation’s largest non-profit federation: YMCAs.
At the core is DAXKO’s flagship Member ST operations software, comprised of membership, program registration, financial development, accounts receivable, financial transaction processing, and reporting. With all aspects of a YMCA’s business centralized in one easy-to-use system, our customers realize higher than average growth, increased efficiency, and higher levels of member engagement. With over 8,000 users from 45 states, DAXKO’s Member ST is the strongest network in the YMCA community.
Nearly 200 YMCAs use DAXKO’s Accounting ST to manage financials. Accounting ST is Windows-based and designed specifically for YMCAs. The software contains four modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Systems Manager, and Budget Builder. DAXKO recently announced plans to release a web-based fund accounting solution to fully integrate Accounting ST into the DAXKO OnDemand software suite.
To attract, engage, and retain members through a unique wellness program, DAXKO offers MobileFit. This kiosk-based wellness system, developed by Adaptive Technologies and supported exclusively by DAXKO for YMCAs, adapts to members’ individual wellness goals. Through an integration with Member ST, DAXKO customers will enjoy the added benefit of a single data entry point and utilization reporting.
Many YMCAs offer programs and services in remote locations, such as schools and churches, far from the YMCA business office. DAXKO responded to the need through the development of Site-Scan, powered by AirClic. Using a mobile phone equipped with a bar-code scanner, DAXKO customers can now record attendance remotely and transfer the data to Member ST via the Sprint/Nextel network.
