Operations Management Specialist (OMS) Program
The OMS Program is designed for Member ST points-of-contact that desire to move from being the DAXKO liaison to the in-house Member ST expert at their association.
The program includes:
- Total system training on your schedule and in your space
- Member ST audit to benchmark progress
- Pre- and post-training assessments to gauge information retention
- Best practices for submitting cases to DAXKO Support
