Member ST Trainer Certification Program
The Trainer Certification Program is designed for those super-users who desire to become the primary Member ST knowledge source at their association. Participants will learn the methodology, exercises, and documentation necessary to effectively train staff and better utilize Member ST. They will also gain access to a nationwide support system, tools, and ideas to execute a successful training plan.

Certification Workshop
Three-day initial training session includes a Member ST system review, methods for training new and current staff, and creation of training plans.
Online Forum & Webcasts
With online meetings and discussion groups, participants will have the opportunity to share training strategies, challenges, solutions and successes with other associations.
