Campaign Management I

Proper setup of campaigns is imperative in order to ensure that progress can be tracked, campaigners receive credit, and that the overall campaign goal is met. During this session, you'll learn to create campaigns and assign campaigners with team and personal goal amounts. We'll show you how to identify, organize, and assign prospective donors based on various criteria.

Learn to accurately enter and modify pledges, create timely donor thank you letters, and monitor campaign progress. You'll leave this session able to generate and interpret campaign reports, manage campaigner correspondence, and create pledge statements and reminders.
Membership Management

Understanding membership processing is top priority. This session will teach you how to manage membership draft changes, process terminations, holds, and renewals, monitor receivables, generate mailing lists, extract valuable report data, and conduct critical audits. You will also learn how to manage third-party membership billing and create invoices/statements.

Daily Financial Management

While many financial processes are automated with Member ST, effective cash handling procedures and financial transaction audits remain necessary. In this session, you will learn the most common policies for managing overages and shortages, how to quickly conduct daily audits of transactions, and basic financial reporting procedures. We'll discuss best practices for cancelling transactions, strategies for managing member credits, frequencies for financial report monitoring, and general ledger posting details.
Building Successful Volunteer Teams

DAXreport I
Category: System Training
While Member ST provides many standard reports, one size does not fit all. During this session, you'll learn to build basic reports using the most common data sources and columns. We'll review the most appropriate uses of grouping and ordering, and learn how to drill down to the most relevant pieces of data.
DAXReport II
Category: System Training
DAXreport II is for those individuals that feel comfortable building basic reports in DAXreport. During this session, you will learn to build complex reports by employing multiple data sources including financials, using the “and/or” parameter feature, and graphing data with the DAXreport charting tool.
