Standard registration: $475 per person
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference materials, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Monday and Tuesday, breakfast on Wednesday, plus several special events.
As our gift to you, DAXKO is providing attendees with a $50 resort gift certificate that can be used toward room rates, room service, a spa treatment, golf, and meals in the resort restaurants.
Cancellation & Substituition Policy: Cancellations prior to July 31, 2008 will be refunded the full registration amount. All cancellations on August 1, 2008 or later, and all no-shows, are liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions are accepted at any time without penalty.
