Solutions Finder
Solutions Finder is a self-help tool that allows all Member ST users to search the DAXKO knowledgebase for answers to hundreds of commonly asked questions. DAXKO continuously updates Solutions Finder to ensure that the information you find is current and valuable to your association.
In addition, Solutions Finder enables POCs to log and track Member ST cases online.
To access the knowledgebase, log into Member ST, select the Help button, and navigate to Solutions Finder.
POCs should use the login fields below to access Solutions Finder. Enter your Solutions Finder login information to log or track a case online. If you are a POC and have misplaced your login information, contact DAXKO Support toll-free at 1-800-478-6020 or email Support.
For ease of use, DAXKO recommends that once you have logged in to Solutions Finder, you change your username and password to match your Member ST username and password and update it each time you change your Member ST information.
