At DAXKO, we are constantly improving our software and services.

Our Product Management Team works closely with our customers to identify areas that need
enhancement and additional functionality.


The Process

DAXKO reviews enhancement requests (RFEs) to determine the areas of the system that
should be updated. Once the items have been identified Product Management works with
Customer Focus Groups to prioritize features, define requirements and build business cases
for new functionality.

Our customers receive monthly maintenance updates as well as three major functionality
releases throughout the year.
