Our culture is about more than just having fun. It is far more about creating rewarding opportunities for our team members, building an environment people enjoy coming to everyday, and increasing overall productivity and results for our customers. Having said that, we still believe that fun is better than boring.
We strongly believe in the importance of purposefully creating a culture. A healthy, enjoyable, and rewarding company culture doesn’t happen by accident. It requires significant attention and direction from the leadership of the company.
