Health/Fitness:
Flu Shots are offered annually at no cost to team members.
Medical Benefits. DAXKO offers medical, dental, and vision insurance and pays for 100% of team members' coverage (team members may add family members to their plan at an additional charge).
Maternity Leave. New mothers are provided 6 weeks at full pay and benefits before and after the birth of their child.
Health Club Subsidy covers team members' joining and membership fees at any YMCA or JCC.
Fitness Challenges are held throughout the year. Competitions are based on a number of exercise and nutrition goals, and prizes are awarded to the winners.

Rewards/Recognition:
"Helmet Stickers" (and gift certificates) are given to team members that demonstrate DAXKO's Core Values and deliver results.
Achiever's Club Awards (and vacation packages) are given annually to team members who demonstrate DAXKO's Core Values and deliver the most significant results in relation to our mission and goals.
Referral Rewards are given to team members that refer a new hire to DAXKO.
Time Off:
Holidays. Nine paid holidays are offered each year.
Paid Time Off (PTO). DAXKO offers team members an escalated PTO Policy, with 15 days per year for the first 4 years of employment, followed by another 5 days on your 4th and 7th anniversaries.
Sabbaticals available to team members after every seven years of continuous full-time employment.
