Account Executive


DAXKO has a new opening on the Sales Team as an Account Executive with an exclusive territory.  Account Executives call on member-centric non-profits in their territories to identify current challenges and opportunities that they face. 

With a multi-product line, Account Executives are responsible for aligning the right suite of services that best meet the needs of the customer.  You do not need to have technical expertise, but you will need outstanding communication skills, confidence, empathy, a strong work ethic, and a high level of motivation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Systematically build relationships with key leaders in Accounts
  • Identify needs and opportunities in Accounts
  • Present DAXKO’s overall business solution to the prospect
  • Oversee proposal development and alignment of our software/services with customer needs
  • Optimize profitable revenue growth within a given territory
  • Position DAXKO for prime opportunities
  • Contract negotiations for new business and renewals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate future business
  • Be flexible to travel 50-60% on short trips in your territory

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years or more of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage
  • Professional demeanor and composure
  • Professional-level of experience with Microsoft Office
