YMCA of Greater Nashua Launches Member ST

The YMCA of Greater Nashua recently replaced its Finesstri legacy system with DAXKO’s Member ST.  YMCA CEO Michael LaChance said the association needed an enterprise system that would enable them to report more efficiently and serve their community more effectively.

In April, LaChance visited DAXKO’s Birmingham office to gain a better understanding of the software partner’s operations.  “I met with leaders in product management, development, training, support, business operations, customer relations, and professional services,” said LaChance.  “I was also provided an opportunity to meet with representatives from the local Birmingham Y to see how Member ST impacts their daily operations, which added to the level of trust I developed with DAXKO.  I walked away from my visit knowing that DAXKO would provide us with wonderful service for implementation, training, and customer relations, as well as great software solutions for a long time to come,” said LaChance.

The $5.1 million, two-branch association launched Member ST last week.  The transition to Member ST has already changed the way the New Hampshire YMCA is looking at its future.  “We’re preparing to kick off our first capital campaign in 35 years,” said LaChance.  “We’re excited about the positive impact Member ST is going to have on our association and our community.”
