Greater Manchester Family YMCA Values DAXKO Partnership

Today marks the one-month anniversary of the Greater Manchester Family YMCA’s partnership with DAXKO.  Earlier this year, the YMCA selected DAXKO to provide technology and services to support the association's daily and strategic operations.  YMCA staff worked closely with DAXKO through the implementation and launch of Member ST, replacing its Finesstri legacy system of four years.  Manchester also launched Accounting ST, DAXKO’s accounting and budgeting software, and is awaiting implementation of its Website ST content management solution.

During the evaluation process, Manchester staff cited ease-of-use, centralized operations, and childcare management as top priorities.  Since launching last month, staff members have responded well to the user-friendly system, and Member ST has helped to streamline operations at the YMCA’s five branches.  Flexible reporting is also easing the childcare administration burden, allowing staff to more easily and accurately monitor program enrollment and dollars.
