“DAXKO is a company committed to its team members and their families, as evidenced by its development programs, benefits, and family atmosphere,” said DAXKO President David Gray. Unique benefits cited during the awards ceremony include DAXKO’s self-directed professional development budget, quarterly team-building allowance, weekly catered lunches, escalated paid time off policy, and various programs to encourage employee health and wellness.
The Robinson College of Business (RCB) Eagles program is a partnership between the Robinson College of Business (RCB) at Georgia State University, the Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Center for Entrepreneurship, and Innovations Publishing. The program brings together the “best of the best” in entrepreneurship in the Southeast, with more than 250 companies having earned the designation of RCB Eagle. DAXKO was first named an RCB Eagle in April 2005.
